Monday: Mat 365 6 AM
Tuesday: Strength & Balance 6 AM
Wednesday: Pilates 6 AM
Thursday: Metabolic Rest Base Training 6 AM
*Membership Cost are based per month.
Example: 1 class a week is $48 per month (you get 4 class per month)
